I am a bit of an armchair sports person and obviously being office bound often find my self in need to checking the latest scores.
This usually involves cricket as football tends to occur at the weekend or evenings.
Whilst at university I discovered the most wonderful sports website ever created: Cricinfo.
There cover all international matches, which means ball-by-ball commentary. But more than that it has statistics and biographies of all players who have played international cricket and many for domestic leagues.
